Image360 worked with Morgan Management to install vinyl graphics on building windows promoting the potential for office/retail space and luxury apartments at Tower 280.
About the property:
Tower280 is a property in Downtown Rochester previously known as the Midtown Tower. The 17-story iconic Tower is being transformed into a premier mixed-use destination with luxury apartments, office space and retail store opportunities.
Project Challenge:
Each year, thousands of events take place in Downtown Rochester. There are concerts, festivals, museums, and sports venues that are all within walking distance of Tower280. Specifically a new event called Midtown Eats was slated to take place once a month during the summer months, directly outside the doors of Tower 280.
While the property was soliciting for tenants, the spaces were under construction and the clear 10 feet high windows provided pedestrians with a direct look into the construction area.
Image360 Solution:
The client used this window real estate as a way to showcase messaging of the available leasing space, provide branding for the building and to highlight visuals of the vibrant downtown life.
Image360 designed and installed vinyl graphics on 45 windows, ranging from full window graphics (10 feet tall) to smaller graphics of available space for luxury apartments or commercial space. The graphics were installed on the interior (second surface) of the glass to prevent tampering or graffiti.
Project Results:
Overall the window graphics provided an area for marketing messages and shielded pedestrians from seeing the construction area. It has been a positive enhancement to the building as it undergoes construction and is an attractive way to grab attention of visitors to Downtown Rochester.
